DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
YOUR SOOL FIT® COMES COMPLETE WITH TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AN OWNERS MANUAL AND AN INSTALLATION MANUAL (THE “DOCUMENTATION”). YOUR SOOL FIT®INCLUDES MANY MOVING PARTS, REQUIRES COMPLETE COMPLIANCE WITH ALL USE AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND MAY ALSO COME WITH THIRD-PARTY EXERCISE OR OTHER EQUIPMENT. SOOL CORP. HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO ANY FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ALL INSTRUCTIONS, DIRECTIVES, WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS CONTAINED IN ANY PORTION OF THE DOCUMENTATION AND FURTHER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO THE USE OF ANY THIRD-PARTY EXERCISE OR OTHER EQUIPMENT.
Important Safety Precautions
- It is the Buyer’s responsibility to read and understand all safety precautions and warnings related to the delivery, installation, and usage of the Söol Fit® as applied to and included in the Owner’s Manual, Installation Manual, and on the Söol Fit® unit itself. Failure to do so may cause harm.
- Prior to installation, the Söol Fit® frame assembly should never be stored in an upright position but always flat on its back side (see label on frame to verify back side).
- The Buyer is responsible to make sure a licensed and fully insured carpenter “Installer” reads, understands, and follows all safety precautions during installation.
- Observe all safety precautions when opening and unfolding the Söol Fit®. Keep pets and children at least 10 feet away from Söol Fit® while in use.
- Never leave Söol Fit® unlocked or unattended when children and pets are present.
- Always keep the Söol Fit® locked and keep the key out of sight and out of reach of children.
- Observe all storage and usage weight limits included in the Söol Fit® specifications (See specifications table at www.soolfit.com), failure to do so can cause severe bodily injury.
- Inspect Söol Fit® prior to each use by checking for any loose, broken, or damaged items and that mechanisms operate properly and without binding. If any looseness or movement of the frame to the wall is observed, IMMEDIATELY STOP using the Söol Fit® and contact the Installer who installed the Söol Fit® to verify installation. DO NOT USE OR OPERATE the Söol Fit® until installation is corrected.
Medical Disclaimer –
Always consult a physician before beginning an exercise program. If you experience chest pains, nausea, dizziness, or shortness of breath, stop exercising immediately and consult your physician before continuing.
Site Verification –
Seller is not responsible for any errors or miscalculations made by Buyer related to moving the product to your installation site and the installation site itself. For any returns, see Return Policy.
Equipment Storage Limits –
Seller does have size specifications/ limitations for storage and equipment packages (see specification table at www.soolfit.com). Equipment packages provided by Seller have been verified to fit in your unit. Buyer owned equipment must comply with the published specifications. Seller is not responsible for any damage to the Söol Fit® unit by Buyer’s equipment not in compliance with the published specifications. Seller is not responsible for any post sales storage fit issues regarding Buyer-owned equipment.
Installation –
An Installer is required to install your Söol Fit®. All safety and installation instructions (refer to the Söol Fit® Installation Manual at www.soolfit.com) must be followed. Failure to do so will eliminate liability on the part of Seller, and the warranty and return policy will be void. Upon removal of packaging, should any Söol Fit® unit appear to be damaged, DO NOT INSTALL and contact Seller immediately.
Proper Use –
You must observe all labels, safety precautions, and warnings posted on the Söol Fit®, in the Owner’s Manual and in the Installation Manual. Failure to do so may cause harm.
Your Söol Fit® unit should never be used for anything other than the intended purpose as expressed in the Söol Fit® Owner’s Manual.
Wood Cabinet-
Seller is not responsible for variations in color and grain pattern in wood cabinet.
Maintenance –
Failure to follow the care and maintenance instructions can diminish the appearance and longevity of your Söol Fit®.
Third-Party Equipment and Services –
Seller provides third-party equipment and delivery options to support our Buyers with solutions for the Söol Fit® model they select. Even though Seller only produces the Söol Fit® Cabinet and Frame unit, we strive to present our customers with the best third- party equipment and delivery options, but bear no responsibility for the quality or performance of such service and equipment. The Buyer is responsible to understand and accept the terms and conditions of the third-party equipment and service, and any claims will be processed directly through the third party by Buyer.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to read, understand, and observe all third- party equipment manufacturers’ warnings and cautions, operating, and maintenance instructions.

It is extremely important that prior to the check-out process all items on the Pre-Purchase Checklist are understood and verified. The Pre-Purchase Checklist can be found at www.soolfit.com/checklist/
If buyer is unsure about any requirement on the checklist, they should contact Customer Service at 224-355-6040 prior to purchase.
Seller provides the following secured payment options for online orders:
- Payment in full at time of order placement
- 50% at time of order placement and 50% upon notification your order is ready to ship
Note:
- Söol Corp strives to maintain inventory on all models and options, but due to customization an estimated shipping date will be provided in the order confirmation e-mail. Any updates to the estimated ship date will be communicated to the Buyer by e-mail.
- Seller will collect sales tax on purchases shipped to states requiring collection of sales tax at time of Payment.
Refund requests will be granted for cancellations occurring up to 48 hours after your order is placed.
Due to Seller’s customization process, all cancellations after 48 hrs and prior to shipping will have a 10% restocking fee.
No cancellations will be accepted after shipping.
Shipping
To qualify for free shipping the following conditions must be met:
- Shipping address must be in Continental US.
- Buyer must be available at delivery location at the agreed-upon delivery time.
- Buyer must have a secure storage area (garage), not involving stairs or steps and has sufficient space for the complete order. See packaging and pallet specifications for sizes and weights.
- Buyer must have truck access to a driveway surface that allows pallets to be rolled to secured storage area.
If any of the above conditions are not met and delivery cannot be made the product will be returned to Söol Corp and all costs and expenses related to delivery and return will be the responsibility of the Buyer.
Will call:
- Söol Corp offers Will Call option as a courtesy to our customers.
- Pick-up location: Söol Corp 3203 Lakeside CT., McHenry, IL 60050
- Upon receiving the ready-to-ship notice from Seller, Buyer must make arrangements to pick up the order within 15 days.
- After 15 days the order will be canceled by the Seller and a 10% restocking fee on the full order will be deducted from the refund.
- Due to size and weight, this is a two-person pickup process. Buyer is responsible to have two capable people present to load the product into their vehicle (see specifications at www.soolfit.com).
- Buyer or representative picking up the order must present a paid receipt with valid identification.
- Buyer is responsible to ensure the pick-up vehicle can properly and safely transport the complete order.
- Seller assumes no liability and responsibility for Buyer’s choice of a designated pick-up representative.
- Buyer takes ownership upon signature on acceptance receipt at time of pick-up by Buyer or buyer representative prior to lifting and loading the Söol Fit® order into their vehicle.

Products shall be deemed accepted by Buyer on the date they are received by Buyer unless, within fifteen (15) days after receipt, Buyer speaks with a Söol Fit® customer service representative at 224-355-6040 to begin process of a replacement for a received damaged item or an incorrect item that was shipped. Seller will then, at its sole discretion, proceed to make any necessary corrections, in which case such corrective action by Seller shall be Buyer’s sole remedy for non-acceptance of a product. Upon completion and acceptance of such corrections, the products shall be deemed accepted by Buyer.
Seller provides detailed installation instructions which must be performed by an Installer. Warranty will be void if anyone other than an Installer performs the installation.
Should the Söol Fit® need to be re-installed and/or uninstalled for any reason, an Installer must be used.
To avoid warping, cracking, or splitting of wood, avoid installing in close proximity to heating and air conditioning vents, fireplaces, or any area with extreme temperature change.
Söol Corp strives to provide the finest quality compact workout solution and warrants that the Söol Fit® product you have purchased complies with the published specifications and is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper installation.
This warranty applies only to the original owner that has purchased directly from Söol Corp or from an authorized Söol Corp dealer and applies only to non-commercial, in-home, indoor use. Any other use of the Söol Fit® shall waive this Limited Warranty.
This warranty is non-transferable from the original owner.
Use of your Söol Fit® in a manner other than its intended use voids warranty. Review the Owner’s Manual for proper use and operation of your Söol Fit®.
This warranty does not apply to third-party equipment.
What is covered: The Söol Fit® cabinet and frame assembly.
Welded metal frame: 5 years
Parts: 2 years
Vinyl covering: 1 year
Wood cabinet: 2 years
Labor: 1 year
What is not covered:
- Defects caused by negligence, misuse, improper assembly or maintenance, accidents, or “act of God.”
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Damage caused when installation is not performed by a licensed and fully insured carpenter(installer).
- Color variations of wood surfaces, seasonal wood movement and splits
- Wear and tear under normal use (including vinyl bench top)
Intended use:
Your Söol Fit® should never be used other than for its intended use. Review the Owner’s Manual for proper use and operation of your Söol Fit®.
Repair/Replace:
It will be at the sole discretion of Söol Corp to make the determination to repair or replace any defective parts covered in this warranty.
Warranty claims process:
Should Buyer need to process a warranty claim-
Buyer must retain the purchase receipt to verify information and proof of purchase. Seller must receive a copy of the purchase receipt to include in the warranty claims process.
Buyer must retain the installation receipt, with date of installation, name of the company and name of Installer.
Seller must receive a copy of the installation receipt to include in the warranty claims process.
To begin the warranty claim process, the Buyer needs to speak with a Söol Fit® customer service representative at 224-355-6040.

OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH ABOVE, THE SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ALL OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seller, its affiliates, partners, employees, etc. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use or other intangible losses; and Seller’s total liability to you for all claims, in the aggregate, will not exceed the amount actually paid by Buyer to Seller. If you live in a jurisdiction that does not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, the above exclusions or limitations will not apply to you. To the extent that one or any aspect of Seller’s limitations set forth above does not apply, all remaining limitations survive. The exclusions and limitations of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between Seller and Buyer.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. To begin the process of your return, you must speak with a Söol Corp customer service representative at 224-355-6040.
Uninstall your Söol Fit™
- Uninstall must be performed by an Installer.
- Buyer is responsible for all related cost(s) associated with uninstalling the Söol Fit®.
Shipping and Restocking Your Söol Fit®
- Re-packing the Söol Fit® and all its related parts by the shipper will be at the Buyer’s expense.
- Return shipping will be at the Buyer’s expense.
- The selection of the shipping company will be up to the discretion of Seller.
- Buyer must be present at the agreed upon time for pickup. If Buyer is not present at the agreed upon time of pickup, the Buyer will be charged expenses for the additional return trip.
- The 25% restocking fee is Buyer’s expense.
Approval of Refund
- All parts must be received at the Seller’s warehouse in original condition and undamaged.
- Parts will be inspected upon arrival at the Seller’s warehouse. If there are any damaged or missing parts, the cost will be deducted from Buyer’s original purchase price.
- All refunds will be made within 30 days from date of arrival of the complete return at Seller’s warehouse, using the same payment method as original purchase.
Care and Maintenance
Your Söol Fit® is a piece of fine furniture and a durable workout and storage station, that requires a unique level of care to maintain its fine appearance and smooth operation. Caution-Do not use harsh chemical cleaners on any wood or metal surfaces. Treat all wood surfaces with the same level of care as any fine piece of furniture by dusting and polishing as necessary. Since some polish may cloud-up or ruin finishes over time, especially those that are silicone or oil-based, use only high-quality products, including dusting and polishing cloths. This will help to keep the Söol Fit® cabinet looking great for years to come. Avoid continuous direct sunlight, direct sunlight can fade finishes. Also, extreme changes in temperature and humidity can affect the longevity of wood products.
